the glue that holds the organization together – they communicate company

customers AND employees, and create the store culture that dictates both
employee and customer experience. They have a passion for people and understand
the needs of their team members, and can personalize their coaching and
mentoring skills to meet those needs. They also have a talent and love for
sales and can successfully guide their branch to strong, consistent, year over
year growth. Their dedication to superior customer service creates raving fans
out of everyone who walks into store, and keeps them coming back for more.
