The Position

We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in processing payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.  

You Get to

• Manage daily financial operations, including general ledger administration, accounts payable/receivable, inventory and financial reporting
• Conduct account analysis and account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records
• Understand and be able to execute payroll administration
• Assist with preparation and completion of monthly commission calculations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly, quarterly and annual financial information
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions
• Aid in project implementation, including assessing and documenting internal controls and integrating all accounting and reporting functions
• Foster a positive working environment that team members will appreciate and enjoy
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring 

• A minimum of five years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks 
• Excellent analytical skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding, dynamic work environment
