Accounting Administrator

WHAT We NEED: We are currently seeking an Accounting Administrator to join our team.

WHY You Want the ROLE - YOU GET To:

·         Prepare and issue monthly statements to customers

·         Review, verify and process supplier invoices ensuring proper classification

·         Assist with preparation of month-end reconciliations

·         Assist with daily accounting activities required to maintain the company’s general ledger

·         Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in accounting or finance required
• Experience working with Quickbooks
• Advanced excel knowledge, with experience in spreadsheet development and maintenance
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and dedication to timely and accurate reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimum direction

Pay: $23-$27/hour
