General Maintenance Worker
Position Overview:
The Part-Time General Maintenance Worker provides essential maintenance,
repair, and general upkeep services for company facilities and properties. This
role ensures that all areas are well-maintained, safe, and functional,
supporting the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance & Repairs:
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks, including fixing
drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and fixtures.
- Address minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues as
needed.
- Repair or replace damaged equipment and amenities.
- Preventative Maintenance:
- Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify and address
potential issues before they become problems.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage
areas for tools and supplies.
- General Upkeep:
- Perform landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal maintenance tasks
as requested.
- Ensure common areas, office spaces, and retail locations are
clean, safe, and presentable.
- Support Projects & Installations:
- Assist with setup or teardown of equipment, fixtures, or displays.
- Support ongoing renovation or improvement projects as directed.
- Equipment & Tool Management:
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment, ensuring they are in
good working condition.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning tools/equipment for repair or
replacement.
- Ad hoc Tasks:
- Complete any additional maintenance or repair duties assigned by management to support daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven general repair or maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general
repair.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with
minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Access to vehicle and a G Driver’s license.

Hourly Rate of Pay:

$25 to $35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Hours:
·
10 to 24 hours per week
This role provides vital support to ensure our
facilities function smoothly and remain safe, clean, and welcoming.
