HR Generalist & Training Coordinator

WHAT We
NEED: Beyond Wireless is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist & Training
Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our people and strengthening
our workplace. In this hands-on role, you’ll get to an opportunity to
contribute meaningfully to team member development, workplace culture, and HR
operations in a growing organization.
WHAT You’ll DO:

Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and
managers in line with company policies and Ontario employment legislation
·
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and
compliance materials
·
Coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and
internal development programs
·
Support performance management processes, including
goal setting and reviews
·
Assist with HR initiatives that enhance employee
engagement and workplace culture
WHAT We’re LOOKING FOR:
· Post-secondary education in
Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
· Experience in a generalist HR
role is an asset
· Strong communication,
organization, and relationship-building skills
· Ability to manage multiple
priorities with professionalism and confidentiality
· Working knowledge of the Ontario
Employment Standards Act (ESA) as well as provincial legislation in the
Atlantic provinces preferred

within the Moncton, NB area.
