leading a small team? Adventure 365 is seeking a dedicated Rental Equipment
Coordinator Team Lead to join our Kivi Park location and help ensure our
guests have an unforgettable experience.
You Get To:
- Lead a Small Team: Supervise and
support a team of rental equipment coordinators, providing guidance,
training, and motivation to ensure high performance.
- Customer Experience: Ensure all park
guests receive outstanding service. Assist them in selecting and renting
equipment and provide knowledgeable advice regarding activities.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the
rental process, including inventory management, maintenance, and
cleanliness of all equipment. Ensure all gear is safe and suitable for
guest use.
- Event Hosting: Plan and host events to
promote outdoor activities and engage the community. Collaborate with the
team to execute successful events, including special promotions or
workshops.
- Community Engagement: Foster
relationships with local outdoor enthusiasts, clubs, and organizations to
promote Adventure 365’s offerings and enhance guest experiences.
You Have:
- Passion for Outdoor Activities: Strong
enthusiasm for Nordic skiing, mountain biking, fat biking, running, and
hiking.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in
leading teams in a customer service-driven environment.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal
and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with
guests and team members.
- Availability: Flexibility to work
weekdays and weekends, including holidays, to meet the demands of the
business and guest activities.
- Problem Solving Skills: Ability to think on
your feet and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Compensation:
- Wage Range: $18.00 to $25.00 per
hour
- Work Week: Consists of 32-40
hours per week
